St Saviour’s Walsingham Cell
The St Saviour’s Cell of Our Lady of Walsingham is associated with the Shrine in Norfolk.
We are a group within the Parish of Saint Saviour and Saint Peter’s Eastbourne, providing opportunities to pray, go on pilgrimage to Walsingham and offer devotion to Our Lady.
We pray for the work of the Shrine, and give thanks for its witness to the mystery of the incarnation of Our Lord.
We aim to:
• Honour Mary, the Mother of God and to deepen faith in the incarnation of Our Lord.
• To seek holiness of life through prayer, the scriptures and the sacraments.
To-date we have 19 paid-up members of the Society of Our Lady of Walsingham. Our annual subscription not only helps to support the Shrine, but members also receive regular information from Walsingham.
Each Cell meets monthly for Mass, and at St Saviour’s we meet for Mass on the FOURTH TUESDAY of the month at 12 noon followed by a short meeting in the Church Room - all are welcome!
If you would like to find out more about the cell, please contact:
